I just filed a lawsuit to extend voting hours by one hour to 9:00 p.m. in Burlington County, and to make paper ballots available to voters in that county. We will continue to fight to ensure that all voters can participate in this election.

NJ has certified its 2022 election results. Turnout was 41.1% of registered voters, compared with 55.2% in the 2018 midterm. Though for some reason, the Hudson ballots cast are listed as 11,460 below what the county reported.

@Whpanic78 Not sure - though if I was there for it, I'd be there until Sunday. I think between the end of Jersey Week and more generally the Veterans Day holiday, it'll be rather crowded there through the whole weekend.
Early voting in person also favored Malinowski in Hunterdon: 3,436 to 2,396 for Kean. By registration, early voters in Hunterdon were 2,311 Dems, 2,234 GOP, 1,354 unaffiliated & from third-parties.
Hunterdon County has posted its vote-by-mail tallies. In CD7, it's Malinowski 7,470 (68.7%) and Kean 3,403 (31.3%) and 10 write-ins.
By registration in Hunterdon CD7, VBM ballots returned were 54% Dems, 30% GOP, 17% unaffiliated/3rd party.
