If you're a conservative Sonic fan and have been told you're out of place within the fandom, consider this.

In the Archie Comics, you had Sonic and Sally together, with Light Mobius showing them being happily married and having kids.

Royalty or not, Sonic and Sally represent the traditional nuclear family of a husband and wife with their kids, and are focusing on creating a proper future for them to thrive in.

Yes, you can argue that Archie Sonic isn't canon to the mainline games, but even those games show Sonic as an independent person who works hard to maintain his own life without having to rely on anyone to carry him through life or reassure him.

Now I will also admit, you really don't need a reason to like Sonic since he's for everyone, regardless of political views. But in case anyone feels a tiny doubt, just remember a time when Sonic was a husband to a great wife and a father to amazing kids.

Sony killing physical games will have more ripple effect than we first envision. It will hurt retailers. It will damage any affiliate marketing. This will hurt media and creators depending on affiliate income like us. Which means less exposure for games. Which will hurt sales.

Under this, games shutting down would need to provide at least 60 days notice to consumers, while also ensuring that purchasers will still have access to the game via an alt version or patch that allows it to be played offline. And if not, they must offer refunds

The bill must still be passed by the California Senate
