@MikeCarlton01 I am in Italy on holiday and the coverage of the French elections is excellent. I also looked for information on Australian media and found too little, too late, in particular very little analysis of what the results could mean for other elections including November.
@ElaineStead Is she number 10 or number 11? Either way, he should NOT have kissed her, even making allowances for the Spanish tendency for great enthusiasm.

@asxlongtail Yes, for example John McFarlane, the CEO of ANZ and later the chairman of Barclays, kept a guitar in his office and apparently was known to do some riffing from time to time.
@asxlongtail I guess he's beginning his campaign to be the Prime Minister of Victoria. What's really annoying is that he keeps ringing us on our landline to repeat the same shit.
@asxlongtail But it's very much in keeping with the knee-jerk decisions made by the government without consultation with people who actually understand the situation. I don't support the violent protestors, but I am beginning to see where they are coming from.
@TelixPharma @asxlongtail I recognised Bologna immediately -- those two towers are remarkable. If you have not been there, I heartily recommend it. The food is so good that the city's nickname is "Bologna the fat" although the people are not in fact fat. Congratulations!
