@djairguilherme @MarkKomus I'm finding that some gif files work perfectly, and others just don't work (based on file size and compression). I'm going to try to create a python gif generator so anyone can make working gifs for this.

@_STD_ @erremylia @RetroTechDreams My understanding is that the Iridium Next network is backwards compatible with old sat phones and pagers. It also added better support for Short Burst Data. I guess the new satellites are less reflective, so that's why you don't see the flares. I'm guessing they are smaller too.
