Slow success builds character, while quick success often builds ego.
Take calculated steps that later on would help you to take flight when the time is right.
Life is teaching you important lessons, and every challenge you face will make your story that much more powerful.
If you're between 18 and 25, this is for you.
I’m not claiming to be an expert, but I’ve learned a lot from both experienced voices and my own journey. It’s perfectly natural to want to speed ahead into the next chapter of your life.
It’s not about rushing aheadbecause later in life, you’ll need the wisdom and strength you gain from walking through these early stages.
This doesn’t mean you should slack off. Keep taking action toward your goals, but be patient with the timing.
The truth is, we can’t predict the timeline, but if we consistently put in effort every day, we will make progress.
Stick to the process
Act like you're impatient but remain patient as to when you'll improve/see results.
Keep winning 🦅
Something I've been contemplating on...
We often get caught up in focusing on results, which can lead to discouragement when we feel like we're not progressing.
This usually stems from poor expectation management and underestimating how long success can take.
Don't focus on just asking questions - focus on having a conversation.
It's so easy to fall on the trap of asking to probe and clarify therefore losing your attention on what truly matters.
Curiosity is the state to be in to actually stay present in the conversation
and be genuine with it.
Ask questions based on their responses.
In finding the North Star, if they are not clear on what their their specific goal is, try to find out what they don't want around their goal.
Think more about the person and outcomes that need to happen
Path to Success: As gold is being purified by passing through fire so shall we be refined by passing through challenges, discomfort and failures but your response to them matters.

Key Takeaways:
@onlycloses Reciting scripts has never been known to be helpful.
For beginners, it's okay learning the words but the purpose is to give you a sense of direction to the outcome you seek from prospects and not to sound robotic.
