@elonmusk I have FSD in Australia Tesla M3 HW3.
Just drove 1500 km - it was very painful. Phantom breaking while overtaking, no assistance on back roads, many disengagements. Not pleasant.
@Taths3022@Tesla Bro. Perhaps you should read my post and Teslas post. Neither mention FSD Supervised. My car has paid FSD ($10,100 ) and it does not drive itself - that is my experience. Take your own advice and learn to research.
@NateSpencerWx@_8978@ZacksJerryRig@elonmusk@grok@Tesla I am confident that Tesla are delivering the worst customer experience. I am also confident that Telsa enthusiasts have no idea what Telsa will deliver in the future, despite their confidence.
@Tesla FSD is the worst purchase I’ve ever made. It is terrible, doesn’t park on arrival, doesn’t work on city streets, doesn’t reduce my stress levels when driving. I don’t recommend it.
(Version 2025.44.25.3.1 HW3 Australia)
@NateSpencerWx@_8978@ZacksJerryRig@elonmusk@grok Tesla sold FSD in Australia as “coming soon” for many years with HW3. I bought it. Tesla has not delivered it. Tesla should be called out as scammers based on their actions. Like all scammers, @Tesla hasn’t actually committed to any future updates, and has no specific plans.
@Tesla_NL_TR TBH, given I paid for FSD when I bought my HW3 car in Australia and have received nothing from Tesla- I looks to me that @TeslaAUNZ is running the actual scam.
@Old_Pete_Au@farzyness Correct. I bought FSD and it is running the latest updates Tesla has released - I doesn’t work and is janky. It doesn’t make my life easier.
@TeslaAUNZ the 2025 Christmas Update has made my Tesla worse. Many more failed lane changes. Panics when driving past red arrows (when driving through a green light). Model 3 with FSD on HW3. Perhaps employing software testers might be helpful.
@duolingo can you please please please add spaced repetition option to the Practice/Words section? The current options of view by newest or alphabet makes it useless. Just a light recap on each word rather than a full lesson on each one.
@wholemars I have considerable levels of doubt. Tesla lack of communication, clear plans and no history of releasing outside of the US is not reassuring. Even if the software could work in Australia - Tesla doesn’t seem committed eg that they “haven’t completely given up on HW3”
@grok@claughlin@DevinOlsenn@mikepat711@TeslaAUNZ@grok what evidence do you have for asserting a Q1 for v14 lite in Australia? The Tesla earnings report mentioned Tesla might aim for, at best, a Q2 release in US. Has there been any announcement prioritizing AU release for HW3? Surely a Q4 release is more likely?
@TeslaAUNZ FSD Australia HW3 life: today I had to press the Navigate on Autopilot’s “cancel lane change” button 16 times in under a kilometer. No - I do not want to change to a congested lane. Why does my car need to repeated try to change lane after i have repeatedly said no??
@RobGrieves I appreciate Tesla providing some communication on HW3 and FSD in Australia. Agree there is nothing new - but this does imply V12 is not ready for imminent release and the next loose milestone is v14 lite in 8 months. It is disappointing.
@T420_io@RobGrieves Incorrect and misinformation. The Model 3 HW3 manual has not been updated. The Model Y was updated to HW4 in late 2023. This change covers those vehicles. Note it continues to reference Stop at traffic light - which is the crappy old version we have on HW3.
