During a technical upgrade with his phone line, the voicemail was accidentally deleted.

A team of 11 engineers worked for three days to search backups and archived systems, successfully recovering the message despite low odds.

@MNPDNashville I can't believe all the racist comments. Especially on the page for our local Law enforcement which has black officers working for it and a black police chief if I am correct. Blows my mind that there are so many racist people still. There are bad people in every ethnicity.
