Don't fall into the trap of manipulators who raise a false accusation over your head with the intent that you under pressure will try to prove them wrong, succumb to making certain decisions which is really their intent. The accusation is a decoy.

The most paramount thing on the mind of Christ concerning his Body is its unity.

Jesus repeatedly prayed in John 17 in his last prayer for his disciples

"that they may be one"

It is the price above others. satan's ultimate desire is to divide the body of Christ along different lines. This is why the wolf who comes in sheep clothing doesn't intend to feed on the sheep but to scatter them.

John 10:12
"But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep"

How then do we keep the unity? Is it when we all agree on something the same way or know how to manage our differences without demonising one another?

Let's look at how to handle differences that are not fundamental errors like the denial of Christ, his finished work, matters of his shed blood or the Holy Spirit.

Romans 14 gives us some insight

It says....Romans 14:1-5

"Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.
For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.
Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.
...............

One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind."

Here we have two believers who in all honesty believe differently. One despises the other for not having his own knowledge while the other thinks his brother is in sin by his position on eating of meat.

Paul counseled that "let everyone be fully persuaded in his own mind"

This says we can be brothers with different persuasions on things that are non fundamental. People could honestly have different world views and both give thanks to God for their position in prayer.
