@FranBump@Expedia Not with Expedia, they were useless. I managed to contact the hotel direct, who gave me first refusal on a cancelled room - thankfully the day before we were due to fly. Expedia just booked us an alternative hotel - pointless.
@Expedia 4/4 it isn’t a Expedia problem and it’s my fault. Now refusing to help, wouldn’t tell me how to complain, wouldn’t give me his name. I’m stuck for a wedding, flights with no hotel zero assistance from Expedia. Alternative hotel isn’t an option, family are all together.

@BBCMOTD please discuss the quality of referring at the spurs Newcastle game. Dan burn should have had 2nd yellow for deliberate hand ball, joelinton late in 3 or 4 tackles. Extremely poor ref today.
@UkEpxedia Refused to tell me how I make a complaint. Refused to tell me his name. His tone and patronising, couldn’t care less attitude was infuriating. I still want to complain please preserve the tape, there is some genuine staff training reasons for recording that one!
@UkEpxedia I spoke to @ExpediaHelp who have re-booked a different hotel whilst I decide what to do. But the situation is a nightmare. All my family in one hotel and it’s been cancelled with no thought to the mess it’s caused me. To make it worse the staff I dealt with 1st were unreal.
@ExpediaHelp urgent, please send me a dm so I can reply. You’ve cancelled my booking and I’m due to travel in 6 days. Hotel tried to validate payment card (reported lost and I have new card) no contact from hotel or Expedia. Booking cancelled.
@Expedia 3/4 Customer services was the most patronising experience I’ve ever had. The guy said, I should have called “someone” to update new card details even though it was a pay at hotel booking. I asked who I should have called, he didn’t know.
@Expedia 2/4 Hotel apparently tried to charge old card which obviously failed and the hotel informed you. I had zero communication from Expedia. When hotel didn’t hear back from you they cancelled my reservation and are now fully booked.
@Expedia 1/ 4 Unbelievable Expedia experience. I received a cancelled reservation notification for my hotel in due to arrive in 6 days. Booked in March. My card had been reported lost in June and have a new card now.

@SpursOfficial it’s advertised that members need 334 ticketing points to be eligible for away tickets to Everton. How is this ever possible? As a gold season ticket holder at 40 points a season, plus maybe 5 cup games a season it’s mathematically impossible! (5 yrs rolling total)
