Coach Michael Brown

Solanco HS Special Teams Coordinator/DB Coach

[Coach Michael Brown @Michaellbrown28]

Consistent big time play maker on offense, defense and special teams. Bard truly is impressive in the way he makes defenders miss and has the breakaway speed to then outrun the defenders. From a defensive perspective he is always near the ball and makes the tackles he is supposed to make and many other tackles that few can make! @PaFootballNews @PAPrepVarsity @LancasterSports @JeffReinhart77 @JasonGuarente @PrepRedzonePA @247Sports @paeastsports

Most kickers are on the sideline resting between kicks. This kid is rare. Scores 2 TDs running the ball, 2nd leading tackler with 9 tackles as SS, and still shutdown’s opposing teams KRs with 6TBs, and perfect on PATs.

What is so impressive is that Bard has over 1000 yards on 49 carries! Any time he touches the ball big things can happen. Also over 50 tackles on defense. Such a great player on both sides of the ball!

Been coaching A-backs at Solanco for 7 seasons now…Bard is in the elite group of standouts as a junior. A “yes, sir” & “no, sir” kid that is a man of character off the field. Excited to see what he does in the future 🏈

[Coach Michael Brown @Michaellbrown28]

Another big night for Bard! When Bard gets the ball you know something big can happen. Week in and week out making huge plays on offense and defense. What you don’t see in the stats is that we were 7 to 7 and needed a big play from special teams, and Bard did it, an 80 yard KR for a TD!

Tristan consistently hitting the KOs and making his kicks. Showing in pre-game a big leg that is a weapon for us when we need it. Also doing this while playing every down as SS on defense and rotating in as a RB on offense.
