@CityPowerJhb This is so unfair as we have loadshedding at 20h00. We had loadshedding this morning till 06h00 so we have no power for the whole day

@CityPowerJhb They came out but there seems to be a problem with the meter so now we have to wait for them to come out and either fix or replace the pre paid meter.
We were told that city power will instruct the meter department accordingly

I reported yesterday afternoon that we do not have power.
The reference is still showing "created"
It then showed it was allocated to a technician but then he was taken off
Then it showed "accepted" by Martin Boys & Botsello January Modise
Now it is "created"?
