@CityPowerJhb They came out but there seems to be a problem with the meter so now we have to wait for them to come out and either fix or replace the pre paid meter.
We were told that city power will instruct the meter department accordingly

I reported yesterday afternoon that we do not have power.
The reference is still showing "created"
It then showed it was allocated to a technician but then he was taken off
Then it showed "accepted" by Martin Boys & Botsello January Modise
Now it is "created"?
@CityPowerJhb Please advise when or power will be restored. We are the house without power since yesterday afternoon.
All it states is that it has been escalated.

@CityPowerJhb@Blak_Shakyamuni The whole of block 15. This seems to be a continuous problem as every time loadshedding ends for block 15 the power does not come back on.
