One formula for ramping up a new saas company or product:
- interview 50-100 users until you fully understand problem
- work with 5-10 beta / pilot customers to get product right
- stay here until they’re happy
- get case studies
- launch and do product marketing like crazy
Today is my last day at Shopify.
I want to build my own business.
I want to reconnect with my artistic side. I want to look at a blank calendar and see a blank canvas. I want to connect with new people, new ideas, and new opportunities.

Everyone gets lucky at some point. If you listen to any success story, a lot of it will seemingly be 'luck.'
But that luck doesn't just come out of nowhere. It's constructed luck.
Luck = preparation + opportunity
Be prepared to take on opportunity and you'll be lucky! 🌟
@AdnanCodes Your great at explaining things, during the hackathon and meet-ups you've given great advice and mentorship. Now you can add this leadership role to your resume!
@Michaelzanemike@ossia I do also think that Lambda students need to just keep their head down and keep coding/learning. At the end of the day, the name of the place you learned at should not matter much, if at all. Can you do the job? If the answer is yes, then that is all that should matter.
