●𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Based on those promises, investors provided the funding.

●𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Once the invested money hit the subsidiary accounts, the report alleges it was transferred to her personal account on the same day or shortly after.

●𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘁: When it came time to actually produce the 5 albums, 3 tours, and fan meetings, the subsidiaries (like INB100 and BPM) reportedly did not have the funds needed to execute them.

In many cases, the subsidiaries and artists went ahead with preparations and worked with outside partners anyway, expecting the parent company to send the allocated funds later. According to the allegations, that funding never arrived.

Some people are genuinely claiming that CBX wanted EXO’s settlement data so they could hand it to investors to secure funding for INB100/ONE HUNDRED. This is financially impossible and completely illogical.

●𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Funding is secured solely on the value of the active, current IPs in the room (Baekhyun, Taemin, VIVIZ, etc.) and the future content they will deliver.

𝗧𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆:
The artists signed up to create music. The investors looked at public streaming and sales data and gladly paid to fund that music. The PD Notebook allegations state the money was drained from the operational accounts by the parent company before the projects could even begin.

This has absolutely nothing to do with CBX "stealing SM data for investors"—it is about an operational shutdown caused by the parent company draining the production funds.

🚨🇲🇽 IDENTIFICAN A PRESUNTA LIDERESA DETRÁS DEL RETIRO DE MANTAS DE PROTESTA EN EL ZÓCALO

Tras viralizarse el hashtag #LadyNoTengoNadaQueHacer, usuarios en redes y reportes periodísticos identificaron a la mujer involucrada como María Fernanda Islas Mier, conocida como “La Güera”.

De acuerdo con diversas denuncias, Islas Mier sería una lideresa vinculada al comercio ambulante del Centro Histórico y presuntamente coordinaría grupos encargados de retirar mantas y lonas colocadas por integrantes del colectivo “Mexicanos al Grito de Paz” en las inmediaciones del Zócalo capitalino.

Videos difundidos en redes muestran forcejeos y confrontaciones durante el retiro de mensajes de protesta, lo que ha generado críticas por posibles agresiones contra manifestantes y periodistas.

Asimismo, reportes periodísticos la relacionan con estructuras de comerciantes cercanas a Diana Sánchez Barrios. Hasta el momento no existe información pública sobre una investigación judicial por estos hechos, aunque el caso ha reavivado el debate sobre la libertad de expresión, la protesta social y el control del espacio público en el Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México.
