@SportsDirectUK thanks for making my sons birthday one to remember Couldn’t get a resolution with your “customer service” team to get him a corrected shirt on time even though I ordered this two weeks in advance. Have returned today for an exchange … hopefully this will happen!

@SamsungHelpUK Made my first direct order this week. Expecting delivery today to phone up be told it’s not coming. Spoken to customer services for over 1hr and I have just been told to wait and I’ll be updated if and when my order is coming. Will never purchase from you again!
