@DavisSchaefer I feel like the only place good players keep playing LL are the ones that have a real chance of making it to the WS. Competition and level of play isn’t what it was even a few years ago
Every day, I push myself to do more. I find myself asking, “What would Charlie Kirk do?”
In this moment in time, Charlie would be doing everything in his power to pass the SAVE America Act.
He would be working tirelessly to win the midterm elections.
I met a young woman today who regrets not voting for the majority of her adult life.
After Charlie Kirk was assassinated, she got this tattoo in honor of him
& said she’s never missing a vote ever again.
She’s now working to flip Arizona 🟦🔜🟥.
Charlie’s legacy lives on.
@AndrewKolvet The devil doesn’t want to go down alone. He’s taking as many with him as possible. Stand strong. It’s easy to start it’s tough to finish well.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up Erika Kirk @MrsErikaKirk and her precious children in this season of unimaginable pain and exhaustion. Lord, You see every tear they have shed through these excruciating pretrial days. You know the depth of their grief, the weight of their sorrow, and the fierce love Erika carries as she stands for her family.
Comfort them, Father, as only You can. Wrap Your loving arms around Erika and give her supernatural strength, peace that surpasses all understanding, and the endurance to keep moving forward one moment at a time. Heal the broken places in her heart, restore her spirit, and remind her daily that she is not alone; You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Lord, we ask for special grace and protection over Charlie and Erika’s children. Shield their young hearts from further harm, surround them with Your peace, and let them feel Your nearness in ways they can understand. Be their Father when earthly words fall short, their Comforter in the night, and their hope for brighter days ahead.
We pray for justice to prevail according to Your perfect will. We ask for wisdom for all involved, truth to shine clearly, and healing to flow into this family. Turn what the enemy meant for destruction into a testimony of Your faithfulness and power.
Lord, draw Erika and her children ever closer to You. Let them feel the prayers of Your people rising on their behalf. Remind them of Your promises: that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray.
Amen. @TPUSA@charliekirk11
I really hope they make a movie one day of the amazing life @charliekirk11 lived. We all take it for granted that he started with a dream out of nothing.
This week, as the preliminary hearing rolls on and we're all forced to relive his tragic murder, I find myself wanting to remember Charlie's incredible life. Our team put this CK tribute together, and they did a great job. I hope you'll watch it.
Visited S. Carolina for the first time for son’s baseball tournament. Spent multiple evenings walking, eating, drinking downtown. Great street music. Even went to @GreenvilleDrive baseball game. Downtown was clean, felt safe, police presence. Well done @CityGreenville
Let me explain why I think Freddy resonates.
Lots of Europeans visit the USA as tourists. They visit New York City, or Washington DC, or Hollywood, or Las Vegas, and if they visit natural beauty too, they go to really crowded places like the Grand Canyon or Yellowstone.
So while they see our cultural and natural icons, they are mostly in blue cities and they therefore also see the decline, the homeless, the drugs, the dirt and the rude, rude Americans.
But Freddy is not doing that. Freddy is driving, and he’s doing it through the heartland, where people are kind and polite, the skies are wide open, and the bounty of Buc-ees and Bass Pro Shops are overwhelming.
Freddy is not seeing fentanyl and decline.
He is seeing the real, hopeful, patriotic, kind America that European tourists rarely traverse.
And he loves it.
That’s why Freddy is a phenomenon.
In 29 days, we will celebrate the 250th birthday of our exceptional nation, which became the greatest of all because we were the first to declare the self-evident truth that all people are created equal by God.
Not “born equal.” We are “CREATED equal.”
Because God made us all in His image, it means EVERY SINGLE PERSON has inestimable DIGNITY and VALUE—and our value is not related in any way to the color of our skin, what zip code we live in, what our talents are, our health condition, or any other factor. Our value is inherent, because it is given to us by our loving Heavenly Father.
When a culture devolves to the point of depravity where “influencers” can go online and so casually dismiss the deliberate murder of their own precious child, the survival of that culture itself is at risk.
God have mercy on our nation as we pray and work for an end to this evil, for hearts and minds to change, and for a renewed understanding of the self-evident truths and the sanctity of all human life.
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.” (Jeremiah 1:5)
