Absolutely shocking behaviour, ordered over a week ago. Confirmed Evri can’t deliver due to closed. Now @NikeService won’t reprocess my order or even give me a refund need to wait up to 9 working days to hear back. Son’s Christmas presents too!

I cannot get in touch with @verynetwork I have had 2 deliveries both for a birthday this weekend and both items are faulty one item I had delivered clearly has been returned as faulty and reboxed and sent to me! I have family members really upset!!!
