The Fire/EMT/Public Safety classes at New Hanover High School are holding a fundraiser for the American Autism Association on April 26. We will be selling Candy Grams for $1 during Flex and then have a Special Olympics Celebration for our amazing SDA students that will represent!

NHHS Firefighter Technology class today went to CFCC to train in Forcible Entry and Search. They got to learn about the Safety Officer position from Wilmington FD Colin Simpson and got to hear about the Mayday training with NHCFR.

One of my Fire Recruits from Harnett Central High School is now a full-time employee of Holly Springs Fire Department!!!! I am so proud of Kyle Milliron! This is what makes me enjoy everyday of what I do! Inspire these future firefighters to be who will respond to us one day! ❤

I never really tweet but, since it is Daughter's Day... sharing a very rare and amazing moment I had with my daughter. I would give all of everything I achieved to relive that one moment again. She was my greatest achievement nothing else GOD will ever give me can compare.

Today's 9/11 memorial at New Hanover High School was awesome! Thank you to Colonel Hafer for lining it all up and thank you to the NHHS staff for supporting us! Our principal Mr. Sutton is a warrior and God speed for all of the decisions he has to make and still loving us.❤

Since 9/11, there has been 500 emergency services that responded after the collapse that have died from 9/11 related illnesses. Tomorrow NHHS JROTC, Firefighter Technology and staff will be honoring ALL that have laid down their lives on that tragic day.
