If we want our Autistic students to meet SMART goals, we need to set them up for success with SMART instruction. Smart instruction is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound.

Had to do a telephone MH referral for someone today. The person is autistic. Realised after about 30min that it had become a lesson on neurodiversity, monotropism, and positive autistic identity for the practitioner. Not even sorry. Think she enjoyed it 🤣
