@Halfords_uk mobile tyre service needs a new process! We’ve used it twice. You have to pay for a new tyre, then telephone customer service who make a note on the order that should the tyre be repairable, a refund will be applied. This is not true unless you chase it..!

@Ryanair your customer service is absolutely shocking…. I have spent a ridiculous number of hours on email, customer support and live chat bots…. Conflicting messages and no help whatsoever…. Three months on and still no refund… 🤬
