Why does #experience based co design work?
Because it doesn’t take a genius but, having used the service/device before gives you insight into what works and what doesn’t!
In healthcare this is pivotal.
We deliver for the patient so we must build with the #patient too

Knowledge is an outcome of learning, & central to professional accountability in nursing. MAU/SDEC, NQ/ON nurses are supported in their transition and in acquiring up-to-date Ebp nursing knowledge, essential to the continuous development process and providing high quality care.
Our mental health practitioners in the assessment unit support the team in ensuring patients receive the same high-quality care for their mental and physical health. We are developing a better and more integrated approach to care around mental and physical health care.
Our breast cancer peer support group for patients meets on the second Tuesday of every month. Come together with others who have gone through similar experiences, share your concerns and get advice in a supportive environment. Find out more on our website: https://t.co/jCcFpiV8vA
Our Emergency Departments (A&E) are extremely busy.
If not a life-threatening emergency, please call 111 to find out where to get the right care.
In A&E, maximum one person with each patient please.
