Not impressed again with my 2nd trip on @AmericanAir in the last month. Flight was delayed by 2 hours and no one at the tower called to hold anyone's flights. We ran to the gate as they closed the doors. They wouldn't open them but the plane didn't leave for 20 more minutes. 😩

... opportunity to explore and to have practical ways to use what she learned in school, outside of school, while she's still a student! I cannot wait to see all of these students who got to be a @VIDASHARKS and what that means for their future.

There are moments that need to be marked in the parenting journey, like when you see the growth your child has had and you can spot the catalyst. The opportunities she had at @VIDASHARKS to not only develop skills, but to showcase work & to present it publicly has served her well

She just interviewed for a volunteer role on a photography team. Grownups have a hard time telling others about their talents! This 15yo has a portfolio to reference and could clearly communicate her strengths and weaknesses in photography to adults. So grateful she had this....

Thank you PTA for another FINTASTIC Day if Staffulty Appreciation Week!!!! #WeAreVIDA

The IRS just raised the educator expense tax deduction to $300. But teachers are saying the deduction still falls short.

Teachers, what school supplies do you typically buy out-of-pocket?

@kiraemclean My background is HR and I wish more HR people were in a position to share this with new hires...you don't have to agree to everything a company presents you with. You can push back and tell them you're happy to sign w/o XYZ term. For best results, tell them why they should agree.

#BacktoSchool night 2019 was a super special night. It was the 1st one we attended @VIDASHARKS Tonight tho...Although our kids are on campus again, families aren't yet and we attended from our homes. It still felt special. @drchagala brings the vida right thru the screen!

Favorite quote from my kid during @VIDASHARKS #BackToSchool night after @Mr_Brumbaugh says that there are multiple denominations of brumbaugh bucks, she says "I can't wait to see them all, they all have different pictures of him." #keepVIDAweird

I feel like I need to share this for any fellow, normally #Windows10 users, trying to find their way on a Mac. I finally just learned the Windows search equivalent on my #MacBook. Click command + spacebar on your keyboard and the Spotlight search window pops up.

@VidaMsBorn @VIDASHARKS We got a 20 min dinner table dissection debriefing from my 7th grader on sea urchin physiology last night. 😁 Thank you Mrs.Wadworth for clearly a very engaging marine bio lesson! 😂
