@MJF9991@DanielBleakley Renewable energy could have kept the lights on if the government had invested in it long ago. Experts have been trying to make the government aware of this for 30 years.
@RyanBallyryan94 @PoliBard@DanielAndrewsMP Don't forget about the homelessness he caused by closing or selling off facilities like Kew Cottages that housed people with disabilities and mental illness who then ended up on the streets. According to Jeff Kennett if you weren't successful, you had no-one to blame but yourself
@PeterRobins350@AlboMP It is not racist to finally give the original inhabitants of this land an opportunity to be heard. It is racist to deny them the right to voice their concerns and make change. My family has only been here for 187 years and we have rights. Why shouldn't the aboriginal people?
@DanielAndrewsMP Just got a letter saying that your Essential Services Commission has now reduced the buy back to 5.2ckw!
I took Vic Gov advice and bought solar panels which I don't get any benefit from because I'm at work when the sun is shining, and I have to have it serviced. Thanks.
@DanielAndrewsMP Thank you for doing something to help us Dan, but can we get an effective Environment Minister? Since we bought solar panels, the government has allowed electricity companies to whittle down the Buy Back from 66c kw to 6c kw and that's a travesty.
@motuihuynh302@RabeeTourky Dear Ted, I do agree with you that KK would not have been the best candidate, even though she is very competent and experienced, she has not been a member of the community, and that is important.
@motuihuynh302@RabeeTourky I'm no expert either Ted but I feel very positive about the election result. We are living in tumultuous times, but I feel that we are going to have a much kinder and fairer government this time, and that's a good start. I've enjoyed twittering with you. Thank you
@motuihuynh302@RabeeTourky 2022 Election – Current swings in seats
(76.6% counted)
Labor +8
Greens +2
Others +7
Coalition -17
Current 2 Party Preferred estimate: ALP 51.7%
@motuihuynh302@RabeeTourky I don't believe that there was a swing against Labour. Everyone who voted for Greens knew that their preferences would go to Labour. This was just to let Labour know how important environmental issues are to them. Plus, the Greens had some good policies.

@AlboMP Haven't heard any mention of the environment from Federal Government since shortly after they returned from COP26. Seems to have been swept under the carpet again. Please push your message Albo. This is an important issue to a lot of Australians, and the world.
@DanielAndrewsMP Thanks for hanging in there Dan and for doing everything you could to keep us safe. Sorry you've had to cop so much unfair criticism for all your efforts. There are many of us who appreciate you. I've even suggested the name Daniel Andrew Burns for my new grandson.
@TurnbullMalcolm@MrKRudd @lenoretaylor @adamlmorton@GuardianAus What is Scott Morrison taking to Glasgow, Tim Tam's? He doesn't seem to have a policy. I've been writing to governments about these issues since reading Walkley Award winner, Gavin Gilchrist's book, "The Big Switch", in 1994. That was 27 years ago. Haven't we waited long enough?
@PaulBongiorno@RNBreakfast Green Hydrogen sounds like a wonderful idea but can anyone tell me how safe it is? I really want it to work but don't want to turn the world into one big hydrogen bomb.
@CryptoASXWhale1 @frantenauk @VicGovDH Why would you listen to anything the WHO says? These are the same people who said the corona virus isn't airborne and that we shouldn't wear masks which is contrary to all knowledge of corona viruses and infection control procedures, and it's been proven that lockdowns work.
