@theJagmeetSingh Sorry @NDP, I’ve agreed with you on a lot of ideas and motions you’ve put forth, but I don’t agree with this one. GST creates revenue for services across the country, we can’t remove it
The closure of Beer Store locations in small northern communities poses a problem that, at least in some cases, is going to fall on the property-tax bill of local homeowners. — by @jm_mcgrath#onpoli https://t.co/5qGGy6Eseb
Supervised Consumption Sites save lives, and yet, the Ford Gov announced they will close 10 sites in Ontario, including 5 in Toronto.
Tens of thousands of people use these sites and are alive because of them. Tell Ford to reverse this deadly decision: https://t.co/fSriJiIts8
Manufacturers are trapping us in planned obsolescence. It's time to reclaim our #RightToRepair and break their monopolistic control! 🚫📱 Sign the petition now to demand better support and stop e-waste before the consultation closes on Sept 26! ✊🔧 https://t.co/anv7DPORAm
@KeshaRose If you’re going to change the lyric, then actually change it. Keeping “P Diddy” is still immortalizing him. Do something completely different like “wake up in the morning feeling like a boss baby”, or something just as powerful. Changing it to “fuck P Diddy” is a cop out
@CP24 I’m a Taylor fan and I don’t agree with this. We don’t have money to support the city and we’re going to spend money for signs? @MayorOliviaChow @McKelvieTO
It makes me furious that @fordnation can publish an interactive map to find beer after just one weekend but he won’t do the same thing to help any of the 2.3 million Ontarians who can’t find a family doctor.

@CoryJudson The profit made from alcohol sales goes directly to the Ontario government, that’s why there isn’t a price difference store to store. It doesn’t matter where it’s sold. Same with a vineyard or brewery. The price is fixed
@CP24 Ummm… if you’re stealing a car, they don’t care about their license… they’re already breaking the law…
How about cops do their job instead? Problem solved!
@fordnation#ThisIsDumb
@CP24@cityoftoronto@MayorOliviaChow so let me get this straight, we don’t have money to take care of our city but we have money to “give” to @FIFAcom? The city should have NEVER agreed to hosting this
@CP24@JustinTrudeau Switch to energy efficient products with the “hopes” that trickle down economics will happen.
This program should be scrapped and rethought to actually WORK
@CP24@JustinTrudeau no, your job is not to be popular, it’s to help the citizens of this country and this carbon tax is NOT helping us; it’s hurting.
The rebate is a joke. The money should be used to push the country to sustainable energy solutions, not helping large businesses
@Geoff95259463@CP24 There is a difference. You have to pay a membership fee to shop at Costco so they get to decide the rules. Loblaws does not charge a membership fee, so they have to follow the same rules as everyone else
