The part I don't understand:
Maneca-Voinea finished 5th after judges deducted a 0.1 penalty - even tv commentators were puzzled. A replay showed that she had stayed in bounds. W/o the penalty, she would win the Bronze. https://t.co/g2QsGpyyOU
