Narcissistic leaders are threatened by talent. They want to be the smartest person in the room.
Humble leaders are drawn to talent. They surround themselves with people who make them smarter.
Great leaders grow talent. They strive to make everyone in the room smarter.
Our organization is deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of our longtime Executive Director, @KyleDube.
Kyle, was a community leader who spent his entire career working to better the lives of youth. Our hearts are broken for the loss of our friend and our leader. 1/2
I wish this was something I did not have to share.
I wish Kyle could come home.
As we have struggled these past three years, I can’t count the number of times Kyle said, “We must live, and we must love.” He was relentless in his search to find light in our darkness.

In between playoff games (where he has been a force in net), Carey Price took the time to meet with a residential school survivor in Winnipeg 🧡
Price's grandmother was also forced to attend a residential school in B.C. #thegist
