Not a one-off message. I don't believe that you can say an hr different in a 24 hr period is not substantial to get a refund. You are a company without customer service

@flynorse 🚨Avoid this company at all costs. They cancel and delay flights all the time, lose luggage weirdly frequently and have Zero customer service. They also now have scammers pretending to be their customer service so watch out! Dodgy as hell all round. #DontFlyNorse #scammers
