@ASOS_news please can you advise how I get someone to make contact with me, the chat bot is awful and no email correct. ASOS did not pay postage on my parcel and I had to pay Royal Mail £5 to receive it, so I would like this refunded please
@ASOS_news please can you refund me the postage I had to pay to get my parcel delivered, as ASOS didn’t pay the postage! Trying to contact customer service but they are awful, can’t get pass an AI assistant
@evrisupportline Suppose any chance of a reply, decent customer service is out of the question! Waiting for medical supplies + school uniform which is needed urgently, apparently stuck at depot. Had the below yesterday who gave reassurances and promises but nothing and no respons

I paid into National Insurance all my working life in order to receive a pension which I was told I would receive at the age of 60yrs.
This was changed to 67yrs as we were told they couldn’t afford it any longer.
What really annoys me though is that they have managed to find the money for 100,000s of people to live free in Hotels all expenses paid & others claiming benefits when these people have not paid a penny into this country.
This is what is not right or fair.
Why should we be paying anything when others are getting everything for free
This country is a joke as they should be looking after the people that pay their way & always have.
@Evri__Desk how on earth is it that every parcel I receive says failed delivery attempt, when I am sat by the front door, and no sign of delivery or a card through the door
@AsdaServiceTeam Please can you advise what nobody from the store rang me to tell me my order would not be being delivered so I could have made alternative plans for food, or waited in for 2 hours for the delivery to appear. They would have known this hours before, even ten minutes before my slot
@asda yesterday I wanted for the below order from 4-5pm but it did not arrive. I was due to start work at 6pm but eventually could not wait any longer, calling at 6.30. I was told the delivery driver was sick and the store would ring me later.
@MACcosmetics why have you changed the eyebrow styler to an awful 1mm pencil!? It is awful and snaps as soon as you use it. I have used the previous pencil for 20+ years and was not aware that you had changed the design. Please can I have a refund, it is so poor it cannot be used
It’s now 8.30 then next day and I have no food for my family, and lost two hours wages due to sorting this out and no correspondence from Asda. I have reordered myself for this evening resulting in a further £6.50 delivery cost. Asda are getting worse by the day!
1, why on earth would they not call you as soon as they knew this driver was sick rather than let me just not receive my order and have to ring. 2, why was I not offered delivery at a later date or a refund? I have a toddler and a baby and was desperately waiting for baby food!!!
2, why did your agent Lao not offer any solution and just turn mute on the phone when I said this was unacceptable. He ignored what I was saying and my reject for a manager and put my through to the store who rudely answered and hung up the phone when they knew it was a customer.
