@Emma_Turner75 This is very interesting. As a middle school educator I wish students would write by hand more often. So many of them have awful handwriting and I think that is partly because they haven't practiced as much.
@jamesballif Working at a middle school, I see this all the time. It is one of the biggest problems. Of course you have the students that are intrinsically motivated and will do their best regardless. But many students are apathetic and it is so hard to reach them.
I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with all the AI I learned about at this conference. What was your favorite AI tool or tip that you learned at the conference? #UCET25
It's Library Week 2023! (If ever a group deserved one, it's librarians in 2023.) If you're a librarian and want to enter for a chance to win a boxed set of my Framed! series, retweet and make sure you follow me. (If you retweet with a comment, that enters you twice.) @SSEdLib
The panel of history writers - fiction and non-fiction - was awesome. History fascinates me and historical fiction is one of my favorite genres. It was amazing to hear how the research and put so much into their books. #UELMA21VIRTUAL
