#Shorthand is a skill that I have used far beyond my career in journalism. From those hours of practice in 2006/08, to completing that 100wpm exam, it was definitely worth it. I’ve dug out my old workbook (and CDs) to do some revision! @NCTJ_news

Causes of brain injury are varied but impacts are similar. I can relate to post by @TBINetwork. 25mins of downtime (time when heart was not beating properly and starving brain of oxygen) led to a brain injury that, nearly 6 yrs later, I still feel every day. #suddencardiacarrest
