Libraries should focus on their best social media account to figure out the best metric action. For example, YouTube finds importance in viewer watch time. To them, the more watch time a video has, the more engaging their algorithm is.#info246w719

@emm_el_eye_ess @OIF I hadn't even known about LinkedIn Learning merging with Lynda until it was announced at my job. Afterward, we had to explain to patrons why we canceled their association with our free resources. It was a bit upsetting for them, but we have to make their data stay protected.
