“Most people are so focused on those who aren’t in their corner that they ignore the people who are in their corner. The result is that they’re never happy and eventually burn out those who are supporting them.
Focus on what matters.
Focus on who matters.”
Treat people right. Appreciate them, encourage them, support them and make them feel like they matter (because they do). Do this at home, at work, at school, at the store, etc. Do this with people you know and people you don't. Try your best every day to make someone else's day.

People need to understand a couple of things:
1. Toughen up. Quit being so sensitive and realize that life stinks sometimes.
2. Learn how to deal with problems without hurting yourself or anyone else.
3. Don’t be entitled. No one owes you anything.
4. Be nice to others
One of the best parts of my job is meeting bi-weekly with teachers. Common themes this week included thankfulness, positivity, unity, and perseverance. It’s so inspiring to work with such an amazing group of educators all working toward the same goal!
