Love to answer questions from my viewpoint! Ask me things like how is wellbeing encouraged in your program? How do you communicate items due to trainees? How often do you see trainees to check in? How are trainees able to provide feedback on aspects of the program? Etc. Etc.

its nice to have a list of questions for the different people interviewing you (residents, PD/APD, core faculty, ect) as well as some tucked away for resident meet + greets. they’re not grading you, but they can offer feedback during rank on your interactions in those sessions /2
