@vw just got my car back and now it won’t connect my phone to the app play. Tried got 1hr. I have not been reimbursed for the $970 spent on a rental. Going into the shop a third time this week. I’ve had the car since SEPT. @HileyVW sold me a #lemoncar #lawsuit

Been on the phone with @VW for almost an hour, to discuss the faulty car I was sold at @HileyVW. Second time in the shop after being fixed once already! Car has been in shop longer than I’ve been able to drive it. Rental car coming out of pocket and my case worker gives no fucks!

9,800 miles on a 2019 car, certified preowned, but it’s been in the shop 2x for brake lights and other lights not working!! Two months of pure stress, agony, fighting back and forth, all the time and money spent on Uber’s, rentals, at my local dealer… overpaid on a 2019 Beetle…

@VW I purchased a beetle w/ @HileyHuntsville that was "Certified Pre-Owned", factory warranty, fully inspected, yet it had faulty electrical issues. Spoke with GM Bryan Franks to resolve this, but he GHOSTED me.

@VW @HileyHuntsville My brand new $32,000+ car is in the SHOP!!!! while I paid for my rental out of pocket. paying monthly on it while my car is in the shop. They committed FRAUD on the inspection!! SOLD me a car that was NOT CERTIFIED PREOWNED STANDARD!!!! PLEASE HELP ME as I am forced to lawyer up!
