I literally had two students building block structures Friday morning. The second student noticed the first making signs, so off she went! 2 others joined the play. I love that the builder set up a stand to collect money. Hereโs a clip of their play!
Thinking about sandwiches cut in half leads this boy to explore shape composition and equivalence with blocks. Block play in kindergarten can be full of math.
