@YodelOnline I appreciate you say you can’t perform customer service duties on Twitter, but web chat and call centres are also not available. Web chat disconnect me when I mention complaint, and the call centre no longer have the option to talk to someone! I need service!!!!

@evanshalshawuk Well to start,I’d love to know how this happened?Is commission worth so much that service is dismissed?I will prob end up out of pocket by 100s now as I searched for 9wks to find these specs at this cost& don’t have another 9wks!Why should I be punished for your error?

@evanshalshawuk so incredibly disappointed at the integrity of your company after I found my dream car, did a Move Me Closer request, paid the required £200 deposit for, only to found out they ignored this and sold it! At 37 weeks pregnant, I am now without a car ! Disgusted!

I just want to add that I was verbally advised by @CitroenUK that paying this deposit would guarantee that it was mine to accept or reject after test drive! DO NOT USE this service anyone!
