@epilepsyaction The recognition that some only need care due to Epilepsy, enabling them to live their life with someone always there to reduce the risk of their death should they suffer a seizure. This is a primary care need, NOT a social care need and therefore should always be NHS funded!!!

Interesting how much impact this has, makes people pause and listen differently. Also in a meeting yesterday with health colleagues pointed how being described as *non* (eg non-NHS) really doesn't convey mutual respect & system working. Language matters!
