Ok. So here's the deal, my mixed greens got decimated by aphids

But then I did some research and learned that aphids have been berserk this year for some reason.

So I'm interested to know, how many of you have had an aphid attack this year?

It's a bird...a plane...a ??? Perfectly foamy cup of Joe! I'm always playing around with my coffee to make it dairy free but creamy, refined sugar free but still sweet. Delicious but healthy -like. It's such a balance. Then I did this! 'FOOD' down 👇 for the deets!

This was the day Hilary made landfall. The rain was endless.

We were feeling a little stir crazy from having to remain inside when we saw this guy. He clearly got caught unawares.

So I thought, staying inside isn't so bad after all!

I harvested these mixed greens...
herbs and a few late blooming strawberries from my garden.

Then I washed, chopped and put it in a Ziploc bag for the next day.

I'm so thankful to have fresh produce at my fingertips daily.

I always get so excited when my gardens are up and running.

For the first time I'm growing Romain lettuce. Stopped buying it a long time ago due to incessant recalls.
