TIPPED PEOPLE Usually pay no tax anyways because they get it all back plus some in the form of a tax refund.
SOCIAL SECURITY TAX is already tax free for 84% of recipients and those that do pay taxes on it are wealthy high income people.
OVERTIME this is unconstitutional…..it makes two different classes of tax payers but the constitution requires all citizens to be treaty equally. As a major note all 3 of these proposals would not pass constitutional muster for the same reason.
