@StubHub absolutely floored. A completely dishonest company. We bought “best view” tickets with a photo clearly in the center section. Our seats were actually all the way to the far right of the right section. No support or refund. You allow fraud and profit from it
@TeamStubHub I don’t have any DMs from you other than the one quoted above. Do you want to explain how the photo showing a view from the very center of the section is “representative” of a view from the very end of the row where you can’t see what is happening on the far end of the stage??
@StubHub seriously?!?
Following a thorough review of your order details and the documentation you submitted, we must confirm that the original resolution stands. Because the “website displays representative imagery for the section”…
How is this representative?!?
@priceline I AM FLOORED. Rate shown for a hotel was $238 and stayed that as I booked up until the last step and it jumps to $336. I immediately called & was assured that if I sent a screenshot they would adjust it. 4+ hours over multiple calls later and they are refusing!
@TeamStubHub Just sent the screenshots again from this post along with this - which clearly indicates that far right seats in Orchestra do NOT have “best view”
@TeamStubHub “Take it from there” apparently means do nothing and stand behind the fine print. Since the tickets got us into the event it doesn’t matter that the view didn’t match the photo on the listing or the promise of “best view” - end of the row with no view of the far side of the stage
@GuestRelatgw I spent two hours dealing with this yesterday. Two agents hung up on me mid-call and the manager strung me along for 45 minutes and said they had no resolution available EVEN THOUGH they acknowledged I was mislead.
