@thekstage Please remove the “entry will be based on the time of ticket purchase” this is completely unfair and just plain wrong of you to do. Announcing this 3 days before the concert starts and not having announced it ANYWHERE before tickets actually went on sale is just unprofessional.

Where was this information when we purchased tickets? How is this fair to those that did not know this and purchased their ticket after the original ticket sale date?
