Aust Govt has released Star rating system for Aged Care providers. @ballycara received 3/5 for Quality Measures - clinical care. https://t.co/LQlvjktgg0 Our mother Muriel Barnes resided there when she passed away in 2018. Her BGL was 46 & >2l in her bladder. COD urosepsis @MVR76

Poignant anniversary today. 6 yrs since Mum Muriel Barnes passed from Urosepsis whilst a @BallyCara resident & 5 yrs since my sister Debra gave evidence to #RoyalCommissionForAgedCare. Despite UTI history Mum had >2litres urine BGL >43. Still no word from CEO Marcus Riley @MVR76
