Senate’s website is hacked. Hacker/s message to the Senate:
“We are watching.
The Filipino people entrusted you with power, responsibility, and the duty to serve the nation-not personal interests.
political dynasties, or corrupt networks. Every peso lost to corruption is a meal taken from a family, a classroom left
unfinished, and a future denied.
Transparency is not optional. Accountability is not negotiable. Public office is not a shield from scrutiny.
The digital generation sees, records, investigates, and remembers. Information cannot be buried forever, and public trust cannot survive without honesty.
To those who serve with integrity, continue your work. To those who abuse the public's trust, know that citizens are paying attention.
The people deserve truth.
ine people deserve accountabre
The people deserve better.
We do not forgive. We do not forget, Expect Us.”

The late LEE KUAN YEW in 1988, addressing the American Society of Newspaper Editors in Washington, DC, and what he thought of the Philippine press in general, an assessment which deplorably still rings true to this day amid the ABS-CBN controversies:
SENATOR RODANTE MARCOLETA; WALANG KUKURAP BUKAS! NASA LIKOD NG FLOOD CONTROL SCANDAL, HUHUBARAN NA NG SENATE MAJORITY-13!
EXCITED NA AKO BRC SA CORRUPTION FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT -🔥👊

“This is happening right now.
Former President Duterte is in The Hague. A sitting Philippine senator, Bato dela Rosa, is in hiding because our own government is hunting him down to hand him over to a foreign court. The DOJ is enforcing an ICC arrest warrant on Philippine soil. Our Supreme Court refused to stop it.
And the President? He’s already made up his mind. He’s already labeled Senator Bato a “fugitive from justice”, not because our courts convicted him, but because a foreign court issued a warrant. President Marcos publicly said, “The Senate is sheltering fugitives from justice.” The decision is already made.
But here’s what should terrify all Filipinos.
The President swore an oath to defend the Constitution. To protect Philippine sovereignty. To uphold our courts. Instead, he’s executing orders from The Hague. He’s surrendering Filipinos to a foreign tribunal without letting our own judges decide. He’s treating our Constitution as decoration.
This violates his constitutional oath to protect Philippine sovereignty. This contradicts what the Constitution requires of a president. A leader choosing a foreign court over his own people, over his own Constitution, over the very institution that gives him power.
No sovereign nation tolerates this. No leader should be allowed to hand over citizens to foreign judgment without due process, without consent, without his own courts having the final say.
Yet here we are. Our president is doing it.
We are not imagining a threat. We are watching our own president dismantle what makes us a nation.
