När en docka föreställande Olof Palme kastades upp på ett valmöte med Moderaterna 1985, utbröt ramaskri i hela det politiska Sverige. Men på dagens palestinademonstration – där Greta Thunberg talade – hetsades inte bara mot statsministern, som brännmärktes som “kriminell”.

Vi bevittnade en grotesk gatuteater där en person, utklädd till Ulf Kristersson, bar en israelisk flagga och ett dött spädbarn – innan han "misshandlades” av demonstranter. Det må framställas som symbolik – men i praktiken normaliserar det hat och politiskt våld mot våra folkvalda.

Det ramaskri vi såg efter Palme-dockan är som bortblåst. I dag möts samma hat med applåder – så länge det riktas åt rätt håll. Det är inte bara motbjudande. Det är farligt. Och det måste få ett slut.
