Delhi High Court today agrees to hear a petition on #NegativeOilPrices by an investor challenging settlement of crude oil contracts at negative price.
No interim relief though.
Court issues notices to SEBI & MCX. Next hearing on June 24.
Religare withdrew its plea.

@onlyequities @Raminations If Crude settles at -$370 next month, add one more zero to below circular from MCX. Yes investor has to pay 28 lakh / lot when he buys Rs 1 lakh / lot crude oil,🤔 Again you need to be genious to understand this like MCX and SEBI.

@WeekendInvestng sir being a advisor to #SEBI please suggest how to deal with negative price on #MCX. Secondly, why no to square off position at 5:pm on 20April when Indian market closes ? Were investors aware about 11Pm settlement timing ?if yes, was there provision of margin?
