@Gap Can you please explain what is going on in your warehouses when an online order is pkgd? @OldNavy & @BananaRepublic orders both missing items when delivered within wks of each other… 😳
@Kia@Kia America should offer a loaner OR speed up installation. Engine is at the dealership but the tech has not started the work. We were beholden to this dealership because of where the car died and now we have been paying for it for a month!!
@Kia is a joke! Recall on an engine and dealership gets to keep the car for 5 weeks with no loaner offered! Customer care cant do anything either! This is an error on your part and customer has to pay for it!
@Kia This doesn’t really help me. We are going into a month on an engine failure due to a recall with no loaner and the dealership is able to do anything they like because there's no oversight and they’re able to poorly treat customers because they can.
Do yourselves a favor and be very cautious when purchasing @SamsungUS products/appliances for the home! @SamsungSupport can do better with products that should last many years and breakdown often after less than 2 years!
@optimum@AlticeOne customers deserve better service than what is being offered. Internet svc isn’t working and put on hold for 2+ hrs only to get hung up on! And smart WiFi is a joke.
