Then I had a really productive and wonderful 2-hour one on one with my manager. I really appreciate her allowing me to think out loud, get my emotions and ideas out, and reassure me about where I stand. Can’t wait to see what we’ve accomplished by the end of the year.

yesterday was a small whirlwind of emotions for me, but i’m proud of how i handled it. I didn’t let The Thoughts™️ get too loud and reminded myself that everything is alright and I am fully capable of a quick course correction. Emotionally stability is so nice.
