Terrible service from @VW and @UKVolkswagen. New car developed with an obvious fault. A month before car can be booked in for diagnosis and now a further month has elapsed with no update of when the required part will be available and therefore when the car will be returned.
Q. Are there nurseries/schools out there sending children home and requiring a COVID-19 test if they have ‘a new cough (of any variety)’? Is this standard policy or are childcare/education providers following the guidance/taking a pragmatic view?

What is it about @AXA insurance? Car hire insurance - poor service / wont pay. Travel insurance - loop hole / not covered. Health insurance - now willing to cover 20% of cost. Absolutely disgraceful bunch of crooks.

I cannot believe the state of the @Rushcliffe arena after last night's "sporting event" - literally hundreds of cigarette butts. Very poor performance from the leisure contractor and a terrible example to toddlers and children
