@innercitypress Quick take ..... the defense doesn't have to prove anything. The burden of proof falls on the prosecution that Cassie's claim are true, and so far they are not providing any evidence of coercion or even rape. Just hearsay. On the flip side, the defense has provided evidence 🤔
