Please people in the UK are having issues with the NIS contactless application. We keep getting Eligibility failed. Can this be worked upon

This is not working . If you choose the self Service option, you can’t pay online or the web. It instead generates an application and References number. If you input this on the NIS app, it says eligibility failed .

Has the procedure been changed?
There are two options
1 Self service / contactless application which does not allow u to pay on the web if you pick this and
2 Inperson appointment, this option allow you to pay and book appointment at the NigeriaHighcommission
