@RajeevSharma00 Approximately 1โ2% of Indian Americans (or ~1.65% among second-generation adults in available analyses) have served in the U.S. military (as veterans or current/former service members), versus roughly 7.3% of non-Hispanic White American adults.
@HooverInst And all degrees from every university are exactly equivalent in quality, cost and academic rigor right? Such a disingenuous and deceitful argumen.
@RedmondBarry7 No. If we are basing decisions on emotions instead of performance and meritโฆ. The student in the poorer neighborhood is also more likely to be in a less academically rigorous curriculum.
@YogeshMadhukarr You arenโt lying, cheating scammers because of your race. You are lying, cheating scammers because that is your cultural value.
Trying to twist culture into race is a great example of exactly that.
@SanDiegoKnight Nothing will change as long as the Indian leadership remains.
These companies are already infested. Once Indians move to management roles, they only hire Indians. They will continue to find ways to work around any systems put in place to hire Indians.
@GuntherEagleman Nothing will change unless you extract the Indians from leadership of those companies. They got their through tribalism and preference to hire their countrymen. They will work hard to find new ways to continue doing so.
Go Navy!!! Actually, my daughter just got a letter of acceptance to West Point. I have so many mixed feelingsโฆ but none more than incredibly proud of her. Sheโs meeting with you next month Congressmen. She will be the girl that can do the most pull-ups, wrestles, takes all AP classes and only gets โAโsโ
@Carlos__Turcios@DallasExpress This is not people coming to America to immigrate and join the culture. This is people invading and choosing not to become American. Instead they are Indians colonizing America.
Jim it isn't that American Tech companies "Can't" hire talent in the US. The talent pool is actually much better. Indian tech talent is much lower skill and quality on average. People being disingenuous will point to outliers of course and that was the actual intent of programs like H1B.. to bring in rare talent. That is not what it is today.
@akashkhanra031 Bullshit. I have been in the tech industry for 25 years. Indians are far less skilled than Americans in all aspects of tech, but they are cheaper and see tribalism as a virtue. Indians only hire Indians. The get into a company rise to manager roles, bring in more Indians.
